Ethical sourcing

We try to actively purchase from and promote ethical businesses, building relationships with suppliers who share our values and commitment to quality. We work with local suppliers, small businesses as well as established, well-known brands.

Wherever possible we use a combination of organic, fair-trade and locally sourced produce and we endeavour to reduce our environmental footprint by reusing and recycling at every opportunity.
