Here at 4 Charterhouse Square we offer a friendly, relaxed
atmosphere and do our best to personalise our offering to suit
your particular need. We understand the importance of finding
a venue that shares your values and effectively reflects your
brand.
The Founders Lounge
Our
largest and most elegant room, the Founders Lounge is a grand,
traditional space with high ceilings and large bay windows overlooking
the Square. It’s just as well-suited to drinks receptions
and formal dinners, as it is to meetings, seminars or more informal
get-togethers when you need to impress.
Capacity: Up to 25 for dinner, 50 for canapés or 30
for a presentation – the Founders Lounge is both versatile
and impressive.
The Boardroom
As
the Boardroom joins the Founders Lounge, the two are often used
together. Still boasting high ceilings, this room is slightly
smaller but again perfect for dinners/meetings or a great break-out
room away from the main event. It has its own entrance so can
be used in isolation and also provides access to the kitchen
with tea/coffee making facilities.
Capacity: Up to 14 for dinner or boardroom-style meeting.
The Studio
If
you need some space for a working project team, the Studio is
available for hire as an office on a longer-term basis if need
be. It would also make an ideal venue for conducting interviews,
hosting team meetings or brainstorming sessions. Situated on
the third floor, it is both spacious and private.
Capacity: Up to 12-14 people (seated) in relaxed yet professional
surroundings.
Roof Terrace
Overlooking
Charterhouse Square, the Roof Terrace provides a fantastic summer
setting to your drinks reception, barbeque or canapé
evening. It can also be used in the day for informal buffet
lunches or sandwiches to provide a much needed break in a busy
schedule.
Capacity: Up to 60 for canapés, drinks and get-togethers.
We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests
you have – dietary, religious or cultural, just let us
know when you’re booking the event. Unfortunately, as
we are located in a Grade II listed building, we are unable
to provide disability access to all floors but we will do what
we can to make any necessary arrangements.
Our pricing
Number Four is run as a not for profit organisation offering
reasonable rates to suit your requirements and budget. We are
keen to put the rooms to good use so if you’d like to
